If your Plugin Collective redeem code appears to be already used, you need to contact Focusrite customer support.
Do you have a VAT id? If not, please, make sure your browser is not auto-filling your VAT id field with wrong values.

If you are using a Mac with High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina, you might need to restart your Mac before your DAW can rescan the new plugins.

You don’t need to open the license file. These are the steps to register your plugin:
– Download the license file (.atl) from your account
– Open the plugin in your DAW, a popup will open asking to load the license
– Click on “Load License File…” and browse to the downloaded license file (.atl)If you haven’t signed up for an account yet, you can sign up here.
